Elevated Hearing offers FREE FedEx ground shipping service for all binaural orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. Monaural orders will be shipped within the contiguous 48 United States via FedEx Ground service for $14.95. Accessory orders are shipped using ground service for an additional $6.95. We strive to ship most orders within a day or two with an anticipated arrival at your door within 4-6 business days (traditionally Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) thereafter.
All shipments outside the contiguous United States will have a shipping charge calculated and added to the order at the time of checkout. Elevated Hearing does not ship Internationally.
We want you Hear Happy! All Elevated Hearing Aids come with a 45-day return option for a 100% refund of the price you were charged for the device(s) excluding any shipping charges. If you want to return your devices, call our customer support team at 1-877-554-3799. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (return material authorization).

You will have a full 45 days from the date your devices are delivered to your address.
If you elect to return a product, you must request an RMA no within 45 days after the date of delivery. We cannot accept returns without a valid RMA.
When shipping to Elevated Hearing, please pack your product in a safe carton, preferably the original product carton. Use a pre-paid, traceable method where proof of delivery is provided. All returns to Elevated Hearing must be shipped pre-paid via traceable service. We do not accept packages where charges are reversed or that do not have an RMA listed. Accessories are not eligible for returns.
Elevated hearing is not responsible for lost packages not received at our facility.
Elevated hearing will not accept for return any devices that have been modified or damaged. The serial number must be unaltered. Any repairs made by any unauthorized party voids any warranty coverage or return privileges.
Elevated Hearing Aids are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 1-year from the date the devices are delivered to your address. We will repair or replace defective devices for free at our discretion provided the failure was a direct result of defects in materials or workmanship. If our examination shows the device failed due to any other cause, such as misuse, tampering, excessive was buildup, abuse, unusual wear and tear, physical shock of any cause, water damage or any other cause outside of defects in materials and workmanship, an additional charge will be assessed to the repair or replacement. We will contact you prior to making any chargeable repairs or replacements so you can decide what you course of action you prefer.
Our repairs oftentimes are made within two weeks of receipt in our offices.
